Mr. Alan Wong Ka Fai BSocSc (Hons), GDEHKL, completed Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (Common Professional Examination) at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2020 and completed Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong in 2021.
Mr. Wong’s practice focus is on both civil and criminal litigation. He has experience in handling a wide range of cases and representing clients at different levels of courts from the Magistrates’ Courts to the Court of Appeal and the Court of Final Appeal.
For civil cases, he handled personal injury and employees’ compensation claims, fatal accident claims, judicial reviews, adverse possession disputes, defamation, application for letters of administration/probate, matrimonial litigations, etc. For criminal cases, he handled cases involving money laundering, assault causing bodily harm, traffic offences and drug-related offences, etc.
