Mr. Boris Cheung Pok Man has a diversity of practice with an emphasis on civil and commercial litigation. He has represented local and multinational corporations, private clients and charitable organizations in contract and shareholders disputes, intellectual property, property trust, adverse possession and estate disputes etc. He drafts various contracts and assists clients in planning the use and disposal of their personal and family assets via the drafting of wills and enduring powers of attorney. He has extensive practical experience in family matters including divorce and nullity, custody and access to children, maintenance and distribution of assets.
Boris strongly believes that the earth’s great treasure lies in human personality, and that service to humanity is the best work of life. He has won the Individual Award–Gold Award under The Law Society of Hong Kong Pro Bono and Community Work Recognition Programme: for three consecutive years, and has been appointed by the Hong Kong SAR Government as a committee member of the Hong Kong Family Council since January 2022.
